  • How can I benefit from a Continuous Ketone Monitiering system?

  • What are the benefits of the longer 14-day wear time?
    The longer 14-day wear time of the SiBio Ketone Sensor offers significant benefits for users. With extended monitoring capabilities, users can track their ketone levels continuously for a longer duration, eliminating the need for frequent sensor changes and reducing interruption. This extended wear time allows for a more comprehensive understanding of ketone fluctuations throughout the day, including overnight measurements, providing valuable insights into the body's ketosis state.
  • Can KS1 CKM be used for medical purpose?
    No. This product is not intended for medical purposes and is not designed to provide any medical advice. Please do not use this product as a substitute for medical equipment or medical consultation. This product is only intended to provide a convenient way to access information on health and lifestyle.
  • Why I can't find the SiJoy CKM app on Google play or App store?
    The SiJoy APP has not yet been launched on App Store/Google Play Store at the moment, Andriod/iOS users can download it by scanning the QR code on the quick start guide (iOS user also needs to download a Testflight app on the device first before downloading the app, for detailed instructions refer to our user guide. Also, we are accelerating  to launch the app on the APP Store/Google Play Store, stay tuned.
  • A security warning pops up when I try to download the app. Should I be concerned?
    All Android phones will pop up a security alert when downloading the file through a browser, that's because we have not launched the app on Google Play Store yet. Rest assure that this alert is normal and will not have any effect on your phone. We are proceeding to launch on the App Store/Google Play Store, stay tuned. 
  • The needle gets stuck. Why does it happen and what should I do?
    There are two possible reasons:
    1: The sensor applicator is not assembled or implanted correctly during the assembling or wearing process, so the internal structure fails to grip the guiding needle.
    2: The safety clip is pulled out early before being ready to apply to the site, therefore causing the internal structure to fail to grip the guiding needle.

    Try to pull the guiding needle out by hand directly,which will not do any harm to your body. Then scan the QR code to connect the sensor with APP. If it is connected, this sensor can be worn normally. Otherwise please remove the sensor.
  • May the sensor fall off early before 14 days end?
    There are several possible reasons that may cause sensor early drop-out:
    1. The wearing site is not completely dry when wearing.
    2. Heavy sweating when taking exercise.
    3. Collision/scraping.
    4. Unsmooth skin surface.

    Hre are several suggestions to secure a successful usage for 14 days:
    1. Make sure the wearing site is cleaned, disinfected, and completed dried before wearing.
    2. Try to avoid wearing the product in skin area with scars, moles or bumps.
    3. Use the overlay patch.
  • What should I do if my sensor cannot connect to APP via Bluetooth?
    1. Check if the sensor is being worn or not.
    2. The distance between the sensor and the phone is no more than 6 meters apart.
    3. Make sure the Phone permissions (GPS location, storage, camera) have been turned on.
    4. Some Android phones may not connect if they are in low battery (less than 20% power).

    If all four steps have been checked and you still can't connect to the Bluetooth, please get in touch with our customer support team.
  • Where can the SiBio KS1 sensor be worn?
    The SiBio KS1 sensor has been tested and cleared to be worn on the back of the upper arm for up to 14 days.
  • Is the SiBio KS1 sensor recyclable?
    The SiBio KS1 sensor is currently not recyclable. If you have questions or concerns, please consult your local waste management authority for instructions on how to dispose the sensor.
  • Is the Sibio KS1 sensor waterproof?
    The Sibio KS1 sensor is IPX8 level waterproof design ensures that it can withstand up to 1 hour when submerged underwater at 3.3 feet.
  • Can I get a ketone readings as soon as I apply the KS1 sensor?
    After you scan to activate the SiBio KS1 sensor with the app, there is a 59-minute warm up period before you receive your first Ketone reading.
  • How do I remove the SiBio KS1 sensor?
    Use 70% alcohol or soapy water to moisturize the edge of the tape, then pull up the edge of the adhesive tape. Slowly peel away from your skin in one motion which can properly reduce the painful feeling of tearing it off. 
  • Do you ship to countries outside of Europe?
    Currently, we only offer shipping within Europe. We do not ship to countries outside of Europe at the moment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Our focus is on providing excellent service and timely delivery to our customers within Europe. However, we are continuously exploring opportunities to expand our shipping destinations in the future. Please stay tuned for any updates or changes regarding international shipping availability.
  • How can I track my order?

    Currently, we offer free shipping for all orders within Europe. We strive to provide a seamless and convenient shopping experience without any additional shipping charges. Whether you're ordering a single item or multiple products, you can enjoy the benefit of free shipping on your entire order. Please note that this free shipping policy is applicable for deliveries within Europe only.
  • What is your refund policy?
    Our refund policy aims to ensure customer satisfaction and fair resolutions. Please note that due to the specific storage requirements of our biosensors, we are unable to accept packages that have been tampered with after delivery. If it has been less than 14 days since your order placement, we kindly ask you to return the package to our distribution center and contact our support team to initiate a refund. It's important to note that biosensor products can only be returned if the seal remains unbroken.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes, you can cancel your order, provided it has not been shipped yet. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order for various reasons. To cancel your order, please contact our support team at support@sibiosensor.com as soon as possible with your order details. We will do our best to accommodate your request and process the cancellation. However, if your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
