Returns & Refunds


Due to the nature of the biosensor, we cannot accept packages that have been accepted and tampered with. This is mainly due to the fact that the biosensors need to be stored in certain conditions and we cannot account for this once it has left our facilities. If it has been less than 14 days since you placed your order, please return the package to the distribution center and contact support for a refund.



A consumer has 14 days after the date the goods come into their physical possession to cancel the contract. The contract is then treated as at an end and the consumer is entitled to a full refund (including initial standard delivery charge) within 14 days of receiving the goods back from the consumer (or, if earlier, the day on which the consumer supplies evidence of having sent the goods back). A consumer is allowed to return biosensor products provided that if they are sealed, the seal has not been broken. If the seal has been broken the right to return ceases to apply. The relevant reference is section 28 (3) (a) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.



We currently do not offer a warranty policy for biosensors. Please Submit a Request if you had an issue with the biosensor.
